We’ve been sold this idea that we need a to do list in order to be productive. But, productivity can come at the cost of moving the needle forward in your life if you lose sight of your priorities.
Think about your to do list….
Maybe it’s a list of things you want to get done today. Maybe it’s a list of things you need to do tomorrow. Or if you’re like many people, your to do list is a running list of things you think about and jot down so you don’t forget.
The problem is that the items on a to do list are not prioritized. They keep you busy, but busy is not the same as productive. And worse yet, productive is not the same as meaningful.
That’s why you NEED a Stop Doing List.
