Ep 45: Making Minimalism About Being Happy Not Perfect with Shannon Wolfe

One of the struggles many people face is finding happiness on our journey in life. I’m no different and that is why I was so excited to have a real conversation with Shannon Wolfe about what led her to minimalism and how she is finding happiness while throwing out perfection.

Think about it this way…have you ever struggled with imposter syndrome or feeling like a fraud? I have.

I tell people I am a minimalist, but then fear being judged because my house might have less stuff in it than a lot of people, but it sure doesn’t look like the magazines.

Shannon can relate and that’s one of the things I loved about our conversation. In fact she has something to say to those people who claim they are perfect, but you’ll have to listen to find out what it is.

Shannon Wolfe is a mom and grandma, as well as a jewelry maker, music lover, book consumer, and yoga enthusiast. She says she's 95% Whole Foods - Plant Based and 5% junk food princess. How great is that description?

She also created a super popular minimalism living Group on Facebook called Minimalist - Simple living.

I hope you enjoy our candid conversation about what minimalism means to us and then I encourage you to join both of our Facebook communities to dive deeper into the conversation.
